20 Things All Shopping Addicts Will Understand

But there was a sale...

Whilst many people go to the gym or read a book to unwind and de-stress, you'll hit the shops and potentially spend money that you don't have. You could literally spend hours shopping on a weekend and not only that, it's also how you spend your lunch breaks, which makes working close to the most expensive shops a serious issue. Being a shopping addict isn't always as bad as some might lead you to believe. It means your social life will be delightfully hectic as you seek new opportunities to show off your purchases. It helps with decision making too, which is always a bonus in real life. Perhaps your shopping addiction might be the one thing that partners find unappealing about you - being dragged around unwillingly - but frankly, you find them as much of a nuisance as they find you. They just slow you down and complain about the weight of the basket. You're tired of people saying to you "do you REALLY need that? You already have something similar," after all, it's your money and you can spend it how you want, and for the most part, you like to spend it on yourself. Ideally, you'll wish that you were rich or had a sugar daddy but unfortunately, you can't always get what you want in life. These and more are some of the problems you'll face every day as a shopping addict...

20. You Are Different Sizes In Different Shops

No wonder many of you have issues with your body shape and size when you have some clothes that are a M and you can't get your knee into a pair of XL trousers. Every shop uses a different measuring system, even if they claim to all use the same, the fact is that they just don't. There are some stores that you know are small fitting and you are still determined to get into a S when in reality, you'll need a L. Buying online is an absolute nightmare and instead of missing out on buying something because of the size differences, you'll probably buy more than one size just to be on the safe side.
