Arrow Season 4: 6 Villains You Need To Know About
Because a new hero needs some new asses to kick.
Theres going to be a whole lot of change in season 4 of Arrow. Last year ended on a happy note for Oliver, as he and Felicity drove off together, and it has already been confirmed that this season will have a lighter tone and more humour.
To go with that Oliver will be putting away the old Arrow suit, the one everyone thinks Roy was running around in, and going for a rather more distinctly green number. Diggle, too, will be donning a costume, while Thea is set to be upgraded to a fully-fledged member of Team Arrow.
Of course, just because theres not going to be as much misery as last season doesnt mean there wont still be a lot of antagonism; this is still Starling City after all, and still a comic-book show. With Ras al Ghul and the League of Assassins out the way (or at least under control of Malcolm Merlyn, who presumably wont be an enemy Oliver this year), new threats will be stepping up to take down the (Green) Arrow and his team.
