Since returning for its seventh season, Arrow has been on quite the roll. So far, the Arrowverse's longest-running show has introduced us to Oliver's new surroundings, caught us up with last year's Big Bad Ricardo Diaz and introduced us to this year's new threats, the Longbow Hunters. Moreover, it has also allowed us to see how Oliver's imprisonment has affected everyone, from his wife Felicity to ally-turned-enemy-turned-ally-again Rene Ramirez.

The plot of this week's episode can pretty much be summed up by its title, 'Crossing Lines'. Through multiple storylines, it managed to make us question the motivations of certain characters, only for us to realise that we were asking the wrong questions. Through Oliver's violent approach and Lyla's shady bevhaviour, It wasn't highlighting that these individuals were behaving radically, it was highlighting why they were behaving radically. In doing so, they showed us the lines they were willing to cross to protect their loved ones.

All in all, it was a strong episode with some deep storylining behind it, although it isn't quite as strong as the two previous entries of the season. Contains spoilers.
