If you're wondering who won the Super Bowl commercial stakes, look no further than eSurance. Yes, Snickers scored a big PR win by reimagining The Brady Bunch with Danny Trejo, but you can't get much better than the revival of a character as iconic as Breaking Bad's ultimate bad-ass Walter White. He's been off screens for more than a year now, but Bryan Cranston's genius creation is back as part of the company's pretty aggressive advertising campaign for the big game.It's a smart campaign - the "sorta you isn't you" is an infectious hook to say the least - and clearly the company have a lot of money to plough into growing their presence. Now let's all shed a tear at the fact that Heisenberg probably won't be back, even with the excellent looking spin-off Better Call Saul coming on Sunday February 8th. If only AMC were as motivated to use the character as much as the insurance giants clearly are...
