Game Of Thrones: Is Tyrion Lannister Actually A Targaryen?

In a confirmation of the biggest Game of Thrones fan theory, R+L=J, Jon Snow has finally been revealed to be the son of Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen. This makes him half-Targaryen, and possibly the only other one in the world alongside Daenerys.
But what if there's another?
There is a book character who claims to be a Targaryen, although it seems he wont be making it to the screen, and is commonly thought to be a fraud (the believed-likely scenario is that he is a Blackfyre, a cadet house founded by the bastard son of Aegon IV).
There's someone else though, one of the biggest characters on the show in fact, who could be related to Jon and Daenerys. Like the Jon Snow theory, there is belief that Tyrion himself is a Targaryen, the son of the Mad King Aerys.
