Mayans MC: 10 Most Dangerous Characters, Ranked

Miguel Galindo is far from being the most dangerous player in Santo Padre.

Mayans. M.C. takes place in a post-Jax Teller world, miles away from the town of Charming.

While the Sons of Anarchy dealt with Nazis, Irish Kings, and the Lin Triad, Mayans M.C. brought some fresh players into the already incredibly dangerous world of S.O.A. There's no denying that S.A.M.C.R.O. saw their fair share of danger, but it almost pales in comparison to what the Mayans are regularly faced with.

Mayans M.C. revolves around a select charter of Mayans located in the small border town of Santo Padre, locked into a drug smuggling deal with the Galindo drug cartel. Navigating a world on both sides of the border is difficult, especially with immediate dangers looming on both sides.

Drug cartels, racist cops, rival gangs, rebel organizations, and corrupt, vindictive government officials are just a few of the dangers that Mayans M.C. brings to the table, and it's thrilling to watch.

10. Marcus Alvarez

Marcus Alvarez was first introduced in the pilot episode of Sons of Anarchy. He was the president of the Mayans M.C. Oakland charter and later became the "El Padrino", aka the Godfather of the entire Mayans M.C., before hanging up his cut to become an adviser to Miguel Galindo of the Galindo Cartel.

It's quite apparent that Alvarez has become softer since trading in the gang life for an illustrious position with an affluent businessman but there's no denying that Alvarez has earned his spot on this list.

Not only did Alvarez survive the events of Sons of Anarchy (with most of his club intact) but he even signed off on the murder of his own son, Esai, during the first season of S.O.A.

Alvarez may no longer be the El Padrino, yet it would be a grave mistake to underestimate him.
