After returning from its mid-season break, Supergirl took flight again for another week-long break, but now the Maid of Might is back on screens with an episode entitled Childish Things. For once, the Girl of Steel almost takes a backseat in this episode, with the majority of the focus instead on Winn Schott and his relationship with his daddy dearest, Winslow Scott Snr. Far from your typical father/son relationship, the main difference with this dynamic is that Schott Snr. just so happens to be known by the criminal moniker of Toyman. As his father escapes from prison, Schott Jnr. is confronted by the troubles of his past and the concern of whether the apple really doesnt fall far from the tree. More problems are also ahead for Winn after his relationship with Kara hits a snag that weve all seen coming since the show debuted last year. By the time Childish Things came to an end, fans were left with a whole host of questions as this up-and-down show seems to have a lot of big things on its horizon.
10. Why Give Him Toys?!?!?!
Seriously, whos in charge of Toymans cell? Whoever it is, they deserve to be fired! This is a villain named Toyman the clue is in the name! He has a penchant for making crazed, murderous toys in order to fulfill his twisted plans. So, to the logical mind, surely its a completely idiotic idea to allow Winslow Schott Snr. to have toys in his cell. Seemingly not to the powers that be. To the surprise of absolutely nobody, Toyman used some of his toys to concoct a perfectly-executed escape plan.
