The Ricky Gervais Show Is Coming Back For Season 3

The new season will have a standard run of 13 episodes beginning April 20th on HBO.

Ricky Gervais, Stephen Merchant and Karl Pilkington will be back for Season 3 of The Ricky Gervais Show, a talking head animation show based around Merchant and Gervais popular podcast series. The new season will have a standard run of 13 episodes beginning April 20th on HBO. HBO issued a press release announcing the date, highlighting Gervais current achievements, most notably entrance into the Guinness Book of World Records for having the most downloaded podcast last March (thats over 300 million for those counting). The new season of The Ricky Gervais Show will be more of the same general hilarity, including Karl ruminating on museum collections, his invention of the mug coaster, a movie pitch, and Karl, Stephen and Ricky shedding new light on charitable causes. Sounds pretty fun. So the suspense is over, now all we have to do is wait.
