It should be no surprise that one story dominates this week's best internet responses to Raw - Daniel Bryan's retirement. The former WWE Champion hasn't taken part in any in-ring action since April 14th 2015, and finally confirmed all our fears on this week's show, announcing his retirement in an incredibly emotional last segment. We've got all the fallout from the shocking news - including tweets from fans and fellow wrestlers alike, and one particularly crude Photoshop. If you're not a Daniel Bryan fan (although, in fairness, who isn't?), rest assured. The former superstar claimed that he grew up watching Daniel Bryan wrestle, despite being eleven years older than him. In fairness to Mr. Van Dam, he could be making a far deeper sentiment than first meets the eye. Perhaps the ECW icon meant that he "grew up" in an emotional sense, and that Bryan helped him appreciate pro wrestling on a more mature level. Let's give him the benefit of the doubt.
