The Rock and WWE are in serious discussions about working together before the end of 2015. This is very exciting news and a smart move on WWE's part. If anyone can fix Raw's ratings decline and the stagnant Network subscriptions, The Rock is the man. He had been expected back to WWE around WrestleMania season, in order to build a main event match for Mania 32 against Triple H. For WWE to be getting him in even earlier, it would represent a major coup for Vince McMahon. It would revitalise what is traditionally a dead autumn season for WWE. The ongoing discussions will no doubt be revolving around the money aspect of any potential deal, especially if it is going to involve The Rock actually wrestling a match this winter. WWE will have to pay the 43 year old huge money, likely in the region of Brock Lesnar's five million dollar deal. But the company would be happy, knowing that The Rock's mainstream status would ignite business around WWE. His involvement in Mania 32 alone will pay back the huge investment. If The Rock does come in and work with WWE before the end of 2015, what will his role involve? The following are the best ways WWE can utilise The Great One before next year's Royal Rumble.
