10. The Revival
No one really recognized the sad shape of tag team wrestling until Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder, known collectively as The Revival, exploded onto the scene in 2016. Reminding fans of the psychology and fun of the art-form, they have consistently delivered some of the best matches on the NXT TakeOver series of events.
Their ability to devise clever spots based in old school methods has made for one of the most entertaining acts in all of wrestling. That they have accomplished that feat despite being the least flashy of the teams in either NXT or the main roster is a testament to the quality of their work and their drive to improve with every passing match.
The cornerstones of the new NXT, one rife with marquee indy talent, Dash and Dawson have worked their way through the ranks and are now an act capable of main eventing a TakeOver special, the guarantee that their match will steal the show almost a certainty.
