10 Easy Steps To Make Seth Rollins The Top Star In WWE

The new champ is here!

On June 2, 2014, Seth Rollins turned his back on his Shield brothers and joined The Authority, becoming the most hated heel in WWE. While The Shield as a unit was one of the best stables in WWE history and Rollins's work with the group was superb, since venturing out on his own, he's become even better - he's earned his push and proven himself to be one of the best workers in the entire world.

On March 29, 2015, Rollins made history when he became the first Money in the Bank winner to cash in his briefcase at WrestleMania, interrupting the main event between Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns and capturing the WWE Title. It was arguably the most auspicious championship win since CM Punk defeated John Cena in Chicago, and Rollins looked poised to become a superstar.

Unfortunately, the path hasn't been as smooth as it should have been. Rollins's performances as champion have been outstanding, but bad booking has prevented him from reaching his full potential in terms of popularity. As WWE has weakened him as a champion, Raw ratings have dropped to record lows.

Nevertheless, it's not too late for Rollins. Everything is there on his part - now it's time for WWE to put the pieces together. Here is an easy, 10-step plan to make Seth Rollins the top star in WWE - and the entire wrestling world.

10. Let Him Keep Stealing The Show

The first step is the simplest - in the ring, let Rollins keep doing exactly what he's doing. His bouts have been nothing short of fantastic since he's become a singles star, as he's produced classics with Dean Ambrose, John Cena, and more. In fact, one of the most impressive matches in recent wrestling history - Brock Lesnar versus Cena versus Rollins at the Royal Rumble - wouldn't have been nearly as impressive without the high-flying superstar taking part.

Even Rollins's matches with less acclaimed talent have been great. At Night of Champions, he faced the 56-year-old Sting in a battle for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, and despite the fact that the champ had just competed in a match with Cena, he was able to control the bout while making Sting look like a fierce underdog babyface. Even though Sting was injured, the match turned out great.

Rollins's talent in the ring is unassailable. Making him the top star in the entire company will ensure years of classic main events.
