10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Brock Lesnar
From kissing Kurt Angle to throwing one-legged wrestlers down a flight of stairs... Lesnar's done it all. However, WWE don't want you to recall everything.
Brock Lesnar was supposed to be the top guy in WWE from the time they started pushing him in 2002 until he was in his 40s. That's just how it goes in WWE. You become a top guy, you main event for years and you are considered a lifer. That's how it was for Undertaker, Triple H, John Cena and so many others too. It just didn't work out that way for Lesnar. Lesnar didn't love pro wrestling as much as those other guys. He was good at it and he probably liked how much he was getting paid for it, but if you lack a love for it then the best thing you can do is walk away. So that's what he did. In some ways, Lesnar is a controversial figure in wrestling history because he was a top guy that quit just like Steve Austin did in 2002 and CM Punk in 2014. In other ways, he's not that controversial because he's a very private family man that lives in the coldest part of America that barely does anything in public unless he has to. When he had to promote UFC fights, it almost looked painful for him. He liked fighting, but promoting fights was not his thing. Now that he's back in WWE, Lesnar appears to be comfortable. He's got a great schedule that sees him only work about 25 days per year and he makes millions of dollars doing it. He's earned the right to have such a favorable contract. Respect him for his talent. It's not easy to do what he does. Few professional wrestlers have ever been as talented as him. Men his size usually can't move the way he does. He's a freak accident. Just like any other big name in the wrestling business, there are things that WWE wants you to forget about him. Here's a look at them.
