10 Times You Were Proud To Be A WWE Fan

Moments of sheer glee.

Professional wrestling can be a tricky beast. Public perception of the sport is far from sparkling. It is perceived to be the lowest form of entertainment in the world, something only toothless rednecks from trailer parks, those same men, women and children that enjoy "Here Comes Honey Boo-Boo," would watch. It is stupid, mindless and embarrassing, at least in the eyes of those who do not understand or appreciate what they are actually seeing. As a result, plenty of people who enjoy watching Raw and SmackDown, are subscribers to the WWE Network and own a closet full of wrestling merchandise, are not quick to admit their admiration for the Superstars and Divas who perform on a nightly basis, traveling from city-to-city 300-days a year to entertain a new audience every evening. With that said, there are plenty times that have helped fans overcome their shame or embarrassment. Whether they involve an emotional or charitable display by Vince McMahon's wrestling empire or an on-screen moment that captivated them, it is those moments that make fans stand up, pound their chests with pride and exclaim their support of the industry the love so much. John Cena has been a major player in so many of WWE's charitable efforts and most inspiring moments. As he prepares to celebrate a decade atop the company, relive the 10 times you were proud to be a WWE fan, many of which the leader of the Cenation, and the current crop of WWE Superstars, have taken part in.
