10 WWE Questions You Most Want Answered (Nov 11)

Why do superstars keep losing in their hometowns?

By Jack G King /

The main topic covered this week is, of course, Survivor Series. Arguably the redheaded stepchild of WWE's 'Big Four', the pay per view remains a key part of the calendar - even if the emphasis upon its traditional elimination stipulation has fluctuated over the years. 2016 seems to signal a return to prominence for the match type, as well as brand vs. brand warfare, with three separate matches taking place.

We'll cover the likely sole survivor (or survivors, if more than one match features a lone winner), the potential match of the night, and of course, that looming rematch between Brock Lesnar and Goldberg.

As well as next weekend's event, we'll also take a look at the phenomenon of WWE superstars losing in their hometowns - particularly babyfaces - as well as my favourite stable in the history of the promotion. Additional topics include Becky Lynch's ongoing title reign, and the likely destination of the new (and much-maligned) cruiserweight division.

Once again, thanks to everybody who submitted questions via our official Twitter account (@WhatCultureWWE) and commiserations to those who missed out this time. Make sure to check back next week for a chance to see your question featured, but for now, let's dive in.

10. Which Survivor Series Elimination Match Will Be The Best?

We'll start with a fairly easy one, as Jamie asks which of the Survivor Series elimination matches is most likely to steal the show. For me, the tag team contest seems a little overcrowded, while the women's bout could suffer as a result of the wide range of talent levels on show - experienced pioneers such as Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks mixing with comparative newcomers.

The men's match, however, seems to have the right balance of talent and star power, as well as a heightened sense of expectation. The bout has more star power than the other two combined, and is likely to be a decider in the Raw vs. SmackDown war (as long as things go as everyone expects, and we go into this match with the score tied at 1-1).
