11 Wrestlers With The Best Winning % In WWE History

If winning is everything, these guys and girls are the best.

Triple H always wins, wrestling fans complain. But when you crunch the numbers - which our friends at ProFightDB have - the Game's match record is nowhere near as impressive as you might think.

It turns out the 14-time world champion has only been victorious in a little over 50% of the 800+ matches he's fought during his time with WWE - which pales in comparison to the minimum 77% you need for a spot on the top 11 list.

Instead, it transpires that a host of lesser known names - including a certain former college footballer who has only shaken off the jobber tag within the last couple of months - boast the sort of winning records you would normally associate with title-sweeping behemoths.

Admittedly, they are joined by a smattering of some of those era-defining champions whose names you would expect to appear on a list of this kind - but only two or three - and the volume of matches we're accustomed to seeing these days means that modern wrestlers, however (seemingly) low on the card, have a chance of racking up some wins.

11. Hulk Hogan

It should come as no surprise that Hulk Hogan - the undisputed poster-boy of the WWF's Golden Age - makes the list, although some may have expected him to place a little higher than number 11. The Hulkster, who won the world title six times across his various spells under Vince McMahon's employ, was victorious 77% of the time he stepped inside the ring.

That figure, though, would probably be higher if the man with the handlebar mustache was subject to today's hectic, match-a-minute schedule, where - even with his star name status - you would expect him to be working weekly television matches as well as the big pay-per-views.

Instead, his pre-Monday Night Raw run - made up, mainly, of PPV outings and one-off TV specials - was confined to a mere 203 matches (and, in light of recent events, don't expect him to be adding to that number any time soon).
