At a live Smackdown taping in the UK back in 2012, the beautiful Lilian Garcia made her entrance into the arena, waved to the fans and prepared to kick start the show. Unfortunately, Lilian caught her foot on some pyro equipment and took a pretty hard fall onto the ground. The moment was made even funnier by Michael Cole's commentary, as he enthusiastically yelled "She just took a bump!" between fits of definitely-not-exaggerated hysterics.
