Paul Heyman and Roman Reigns are really rather good at their jobs.

Nobody who has tuned into even 10 minutes of SmackDown content since August 2020 could miss that. Together, the pair are the best double act in pro wrestling today, and they're only just getting started. Imagine how good they'll be a year from now? Also, imagine how many more hidden gem moments they'll furnish WWE programming with?

That's the gimmick here. All 17 of the delights on offer are things you could've easily missed when watching Friday's episode live. As usual, there's a little bit of everything - SmackDown had company cameramen taking some serious abuse, announcers totally contradicting things they've literally just said, Daniel Bryan giving WWE the gift of WrestleMania 37 branding, Bianca Belair playing smart and more.

There was also some stunning character work from Reigns (who else?), characters suddenly going blind, others borrowing Peter Parker's 'Spidey-Sense' when walking down the entrance ramp, and Michael Cole asking top babyfaces one of the dumbest questions ever. That's just the start of it.

Here's everything you might've slept on from the latest episode of SmackDown...
