After finally hitting the road for the first time in forever a few weeks ago, AEW made its triumphant homecoming return to Daily's Place last Wednesday night. And if you thought you'd seen just about everything Jacksonville had to offer over the last year-and-a-half, All Elite's finest proved that the best is still yet to come.

Turning back the clock, Le Champion went to war with a blast from the past as Juventud Guerrera provided Chris Jericho with his third labor hurdle. One top rope Judas Effect later, The God of War had prevailed, but a Wardlow-shaped barrier still stands between his elbow and MJF's smug grin.

Perhaps the most over stable to not officially be announced as a stable in AEW also made their Dynamite debut, and we're sadly not talking about 2.0 and Daniel Garcia - though, Matt Lee getting pulverised by a diving Darby Allin appears to have been immortalised on impact. Give us Sting, Mox, Kingston, and Allin sweeping through the divisions, you cowards.

A cowboy appeared to leave his buddies behind too, leading to a vicious Elite beatdown that those very same recently severed chums had no choice but to let unfold. Things began to heat back up in the Women's division, with Britt Baker setting her sights on Red Velvet, and Leyla Hirsch earning herself an NWA Women's Championship shot at Kamille. And a certain American Nightmare may or may not have just called time on his in-ring career... maybe... probably not.
