One week removed from catching most of the wrestling world off-guard with the signing of Andrade El Idolo, AEW only went and brought in their very own Next Big Thing... BROOOOOOCK... Anderson. He may not boast a piece of UFC Heavyweight gold or the ability to turn bright red at the drop of a hat, but Arn Anderson's offspring knows how to sport a salmon polo and can drop a fool with Enforcer-esque ease... so what more do you need, really?

Proving to be every bit the fighting champion he always had the potential to be, Miro also successfully obliterated the dream that was Evil Uno bringing the TNT Championship back to the Dark Order on Dynamite this week. But in less soul-crushing news, at least The Elite were on the receiving end of some much needed comeuppance on Friday night, with Eddie Kingston, PAC, and Penta El Zero Miedo conquering The Young Bucks and Brandon Cutler in a thrilling trios clash.

Dynamite also saw the latest instalment in a rivalry which should've probably been put to bed at Double or Nothing as The Pinnacle cut yet another full squad promo on their Inner Circle arch-rivals and the latter responded with some more juvenile antics at the expense of an innocent limousine.

Thankfully, for all that feels stale in the land of All Elite, there's always something fresh right around the corner. And this week, that welcome dose of new came in the form of Jungle Boy announcing himself as a genuine threat to a typically arrogant Kenny Omega by catching the AEW World Champion in a Snare Trap that could only be broken by some Young Buck interference.

We may have to wait another two weeks to see everyone's favourite man of the jungle get his hands on The Cleaner, but at least we have photos of Matt Hardy flexing with Pikachu on Instagram to keep us going until then...
