Fresh off taking out the monstrous Braun Strowman all by himself on Monday Night Raw, Shane McMahon was up to his old tricks on SmackDown's 900th episode too. Not content to shimmy his way onto the squad at Survivor Series and replace Baron Corbin, McMahon also had an idea to completely rebrand the show.

Just who does he think he is, his father?

This was it, SmackDown's big celebration. 900 episodes is obviously quite a big milestone, and the likes of The Undertaker and Edge were booked for the show. Sadly, yet understandably in the case of the latter, there wasn't a move or bump between them.

Using a combined number of around ten sentences, the pair were there to motivate SmackDown Live's team for Survivor Series.

In other news, JBL was out in force with some truly special WTF moments. Not alone, the announcer was joined by characters forgetting their alignment and even Undertaker himself delivering quite the new catchphrase.

Here are all the WTF moments SmackDown could handle. No, there won't be 900 of them...

27. John O'Clock Strikes Early!

Channeling the spirit of Byron Saxton, JBL followed up on Raw's silliness by claiming that Survivor Series is the only time that Raw and SmackDown will go head-to-head. Seriously, nobody remembers August? Randy Orton and Brock Lesnar only went 'head-to-head' at SummerSlam!

Mere moment into the show and any King Ross claims that JBL favours John O'Clock were vindicated. He was far from being done...
