A trio of title changes went down at last night's special Halloween Havoc episode of NXT 2.0, with only the brand's top champion, Tommaso Ciampa, successful in defending his strap against up-and-comer Bron Breakker. That went down in the main event, with the duo shaking hands afterwards.

Elsewhere, Toxic Attraction's Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne triumphed in the opening Scareway to Hell ladder match to become Women's Tag Team Champions in the opener. This was a three-way match featuring now-former champions Io Shirai and Zoey Stark, as well as Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta, with Dolin grabbing the straps for her team after kicking Hartwell off a ladder.

Toxic Attraction tasted further success when Mandy Rose toppled Raquel Gonzalez to become NXT Women's Champion later on. A product of interference from a mysterious hooded figure (later revealed to be the returning Dakota Kai), this was the first title win of Rose's WWE career.

Finally, Imperium's Marcel Barthel and Fabian Aichner are the new NXT Tag Team Champions, having defeated MSK in a Lumber-Jack O'Lantern match after Aichner pinned Wes Lee.

Cruiserweight Champion Roderick Strong defeated Odyssey Jones in a non-title match on the show, while Joe Gacy squashed Malik Blade. North American Champion Carmelo Hayes didn't wrestle on the show.
