World Championship Wrestling died in March of 2001 when World Wrestling Entertainment purchased it, yet the memories will live on forever. The videos of it will too. Not only does WWE have every WCW PPV available for on demand viewing on WWE Network, but they also have released a number of WCW related DVDs and have a "top 50 OMG Moments" about WCW scheduled for release soon. It's 13 years after the purchase and they are still milking WCW for all its worth. What about the ones that suffered the most when WCW closed? It's an interesting discussion because there are a lot of ways you can go with it. Maybe a guy like Sting could be thought of for it since he didn't go to WWE after it like a lot of people, but he did get paid very well by WCW and went onto TNA, who also paid him well although probably not at the same level. Did he really suffer? Not really. Most of the guys that eventually worked for WWE didn't really suffer because they were able to continue wrestling and got to go to the bigger company. I'd call that an upgrade. There's a lot of ways this can go and a lot of people that could be on a list like this, but we have to narrow it down. With that in mind, here are seven people who suffered the most when WCW folded.
