7 Women WWE Should Put In Hall Of Fame

It's time for Sable, Elizabeth and others to be recognized by WWE.

The WWE Hall of Fame is the highest honor for anybody in the wrestling business to be recognized for their contributions to what WWE has called sports entertainment. While the WWE Hall of Fame is questionable sometimes in terms of who is inducted and who is ignored, it's always a tremendous honor for somebody to be inducted. Most years the WWE Hall of Fame follows a similar formula. They induct about five or six living people, at least one person posthumously (like Randy Savage this year) and then in recent years there has typically been a female inductee as well. There hasn't been a woman announced for this year's class yet, so it's a good time to explore some of the possibilities. There are several women in their 30s like Mickie James, Beth Phoenix, Michelle McCool, Eve Torres and others that could go in although for now they will be left off just because there are other older women that should get in first. Plus, Mickie is on TNA television as recently this coming week, so it's not going to be her. We know that both Trish Stratus and Lita were inducted while they were in their 30s, but they had also been retired for at least six years before going in. Women like Stacy Keibler and Torrie Wilson weren't that great in the ring, but are big enough names that maybe they'll get in one day. It's tough to single out some of these women and then leave others off, but if WWE is only going to put in one woman per year then others are going to have to wait. The seven women mentioned are a diverse group featuring women that accomplished a lot behind the scenes, in the ring, as valets and nearly every case, as role models to young girls everywhere. Here are seven women that WWE needs to seriously consider for a future Hall of Fame induction.
