9 WWE Superstars With The Most Survivor Series Eliminations

Only the strong survive... but what about those who eliminated?

By Elliott Binks /

Behind WrestleMania, Survivor Series is the second-longest running PPV on the WWE calendar. The show debuted way back in 1987, when teams led by the likes of Randy Savage and Hulk Hogan faced opposition captained by the Honky Tonk Man and André the Giant. This, of course, was a time when every match on the PPV€™s card was an elimination match. Today€™s Survivor Series is somewhat different€”a rather more watered down version€”with the WWE rarely booking more than two elimination matches on any one card. Still, that basic theme of eliminations remains. But throughout all these 28 years, which Superstars have been the most prolific and managed to pick up the most eliminations? Note: where more than one superstar is tied on eliminations, other factors have been considered in the decision making process, such as the kayfabe significance of their eliminations or the number of wins those eliminations have yielded.

9. Christian - 6 Eliminations

Having spent some of his best years as a tag team specialist, it makes sense that Christian has an impressive record at a team-based event like Survivor Series. Captain Charisma has an admirable haul of six eliminations spread over four appearances, which is enough to place him at number nine on this list. His two best performances came a decade apart; the first in 1999 when he pinned Grandmaster Sexay and Crash Holly before falling to the latter€™s on-screen cousin. Then in 2009 he eliminated another pairing, this time of Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase Jr, before eating an RKO for his troubles. With a single elimination in each of his other two appearances, Christian boasts a commendable stat in that every time he participated in a Survivor Series elimination match, he managed to pick up at least one elimination. With consistency like that, it€™s little wonder that Christian has been able to have a career as decorated as his.
