As per PWInsider, it does indeed look like Tegan Nox and Shotzi Blackheart are formally dropping part of their respective names as part of their move to SmackDown.

Following on from what we saw when the pair debuted on SmackDown this past Friday, it's now simply Nox and Shotzi for the duo - no more Tegan and no more Blackheart.

The tweaked name for Shotzi has already been updated on WWE.com's roster page, although Nox is still listed as Tegan Nox there.

After appearing on the most recent episode of SmackDown to battle and beat WWE Women's Tag Team Champions Natalya and Tamina, it's since been confirmed by numerous sources that Nox and Shotzi are now formally a part of the SmackDown roster. Likewise, we now also know that Toni Storm is imminently SmackDown-bound, too.

Last night's NXT broadcast also made mention of how Shotzi's contract has been picked up by WWE's blue brand, then highlighted an earlier Twitter post from Ember Moon.

Of course, Moon and Blackheart having been teaming for the past several months, even winning the NXT Women's Tag Team Championships together. From here on out, though, it looks like Ember is back to being a full-time solo act - with her losing to Dakota Kai on last night's NXT show.
