The wrestler performed under a variety of different monikers throughout his career, such as Berry Orton, Barry Orton, Barry O, Superstar Barry O and The Zodiak (whilst under a mask).

However, he was more commonly known for openly talking about issues in professional wrestling during the early '90s, specifically how Terry Galvin had attempted to sexually harass him in a car during his teenage years while trying to crack into the wrestling business in the early '70s.

Orton would eventually retire from the business in 1991, going on to pursue a career in acting instead.

Before he opted to call time on his career, though, in the wake of being blacklisted for being a key figure in the sex scandal filed against WWE in the early '90s, Orton acted as a headliner for Stampede Wrestling in 1987 as The Zodiak. He also had two different runs with WWE, working with them from 1985-86 and, once he'd finished a jail sentence, 1990-91.
