Brock Lesnar vs. The Rock Set For WrestleMania 32?

If Lesnar re-signs, The Rock will be where he's headed.

According to a reports on Cleveland.com and elsewhere, should Brock Lesnar opt to re-sign with the WWE following this year's WrestleMania, plans would form for him to face The Rock at WrestleMania 32 in Dallas. Of course, all this depends on Lesnar not leaving to return to his MMA career, but should he stick around, The Rock has stated that he is open to the idea of the bout. In an interview with Deco Drive's Chris Van Vliet, The Rock stated;
In Dallas? Possibly. There's a lot of things that are up in the air...We'll see. I would love that rematch, I would love...whatever it is, you want to create something that's going to be special, memorable, especially in Dallas at that stadium you have a shot at breaking the attendance record. It's got to be special.
Rumour has it the WWE still isn't sure of the direction they will take. Roman Reigns, Lesnar's opponent at the upcoming WrestleMania 31, simply hasn't caught on and lacks crowd support (Daniel Bryan's name is frequently chanted during his segments). The Rock, meanwhile, is one of the biggest stars outside the promotion they could bring in for a match. He has, of course, returned before, and he's the man Brock Lesnar beat in his first WWE run to win the title. With the promotion looking to break attendance records and the 100,000 mark in Dallas next year, this could definitely be a way to meet that goal.
