Chris Harris Returns To IMPACT Wrestling
America's Most Wanted briefly reunited on last night's IMPACT!, as Chris Harris returned...
Chris Harris returned to Impact Wrestling for the first time in a decade last night, reuniting with former America's Most Wanted partner James Storm for the Cowboy's 1,000th match under the Impact/TNA banner.
Introduced backstage by Chris Sabin and Jake Something, Harris went face-to-face with Storm, then joined Sabin and Something in accompanying him to the ring for his celebratory bout with Eric Young. Harris was involved in the finish, putting EY down with a punch before putting him back in the ring, allowing Storm to blast him with a Superkick and score the 1-2-3.
America's Most Wanted celebrated with Sabin and Something as IMPACT! went off the air.
Storm and Harris were signed to TNA together back in 2002. They rose up the ranks as America's Most Wanted, becoming one of the promotion's most successful tag teams with six title reigns, before Storm turned on Harris in 2006, prompting their split.
Harris then left TNA for a brief WWE run as Braden Walker in 2008, not returning until 2010 on a one-off basis, then again 2011 as a member of Immortal. TNA opted against using Chris again after he and Matt Hardy lost a Tag Team Title match with Storm's Beer Money tandem.
