Chris Jericho & Will Ospreay Injured At NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 14?

Bad news for two of NJPW's most popular foreign wrestlers.

Chris Jericho and Will Ospreay both starred in acclaimed singles matches at New Japan Pro Wrestling's Wrestle Kingdom 14 two-dayer this past weekend, though it looks like their efforts came at a cost.

The Wrestling Observer's Jim Valley claims that after the show, "Jericho came in and said that his jaw was dislocated." On top of this, the current AEW Champion said "his knee was swollen and he's going to get it looked it," adding that he thought this was a result of Hiroshi Tanahashi's signature Dragon Screw move.

'The Painmaker' looks set for a face-to-face with Jon Moxley on this week's episode of AEW Dynamite, on which the former Dean Ambrose is expected to answer the Inner Circle leader's invitation to join the power stable.

As far as Will Ospreay goes, PWInsider reported the Englishman's issues shortly after his explosive bout with Hiromu Takahashi, in which he dropped the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship. It's thought that Ospreay suffered a broken heel in the contest, with the following Sasuke Special spot a potential culprit:-
