CM Punk Reunites With AEW's Dax Harwood
'The Best In The World' and "Seven Star FTR" man catch up.
CM Punk and Dax Harwood met up recently, as revealed by Harwood himself in an Instagram story shot of the two together.
Harwood has been a vocal supporter of Punk either side of his acrimonious split with AEW, with the photo seemingly confirming that two have remained close ever since.
Punk and Harwood were off and on-screen allies in All Elite Wrestling before the former disappeared from view after the shocking post-All Out 2022 press conference. Having initially sided with Punk's fierce rival MJF as part of The Pinnacle, FTR eventually joined forces with 'The Voice Of The Voiceless' following their babyface turn, working a now-infamous trios match alongside him days after his first AEW Championship victory.
It was in that June 1st Dynamite opener - or more specifically in the entrances just before it - where Punk injured his foot, causing him to miss most of a planned summer as Champion. Punk's August return to television featured a title trade with Interim Champion Jon Moxley, leading to a pay-per-view rematch that was forgotten as soon as "Brawl Out" stole all the headlines.
