Seth Rollins doesn't view New Day as WWE's greatest ever faction.

In fact, as Rollins told Pat McAfee's podcast, there's only one group that truly deserves to be considered the best. You guessed it, it's The Shield. Seth argued that he, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose/Jon Moxley all went on to become World Champions and are currently tearing it up on wrestling's biggest TV shows.

Meanwhile, only two members of New Day have bagged the WWE Title, and neither man was booked as a sustainable headliner at the top of the card. So, to Rollins, there's no argument here - he understands why Big E, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods are given so much praise, but he isn't having this "greatest of all time" chat.

When asked to clarify, Seth said that New Day are "absolutely not" the best ever. They're definitely up there though, and must be considered one of the elite stables. The best though? Nah, not to Rollins. That berth belongs to The Shield.

McAfee didn't press Seth on whether or not the nWo, D-Generation X or any other faction threatened the crown.
