Daniel Bryan To Appear On This Week's WWE Raw
Captain Planet's LA migration is not by choice.
Daniel Bryan is the latest superstar set to have his prestige undermined through overexposure, as WWE announced he will make a Wild Card appearance on this coming week's episode of Raw.
WWE's official website rather matter-of-factly reported that Captain Planet, one half of SmackDown's tag team champions, is one of four folk who will migrate from the blue brand to the opposite side in Los Angeles this Monday.
They did not explain the purpose of his visit, beyond the obvious and implied 'ratings boost' reason. They did say that his selection is "not by choice." Precisely how does this rule work, again?
Nor did WWE mention who else will make what would have been an ironically 'surprise' appearance, as they do just enough to uphold the 'wild' aspect of what's so far proved to be a fairly scattershot gimmick.
Elsewhere on Raw this Monday, Baron Corbin will name his selection of Special Guest Referee for his Universal Championship Rematch against Seth Rollins at Stomping Grounds. Ha! That'll put butts on seats!
