WWE is going all out for their 900th episode of SmackDown.

We've already learned that The Undertaker will be returning for the first time since WrestleMania for the event, which takes place 15 Nov. in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Now, the company has announced that another former World Heavyweight Champion will be coming back that night as well; Edge.

He's set to host an episode of The Cutting Edge, as Shane McMahon revealed on Twitter:

It's cool to see WWE pull out all the stops for the landmark episode. The Undertaker returning is certainly big news, and Edge adds a bit of star power as well. The company may want him back on TV to start hyping the second season of The Edge and Christian that Totally Reeks of Awesomeness on the network, as the two stars have begun writing material for the show's return.

No word yet on whether his co-host will be joining him for the night, but considering he also held a major title on SmackDown it's certainly not out of the question.

Here's hoping to James Ellsworth making his Cutting Edge debut!
