Eva Marie Reveals Her Approach To Talking WWE Business With Vince McMahon
Eva Marie has a simple strategy when it comes to bending Vince McMahon's ear.
Eva Marie doesn't waste time when she's talking to Vince McMahon backstage.
The WWE Raw star told Ryan Satin's 'Out Of Character' show that she has three rules whenever she approaches the boss behind the scenes at TV. They're all deceptively simple, and they also show a businesslike side to Eva's personality.
First and foremost, Marie knows the value of McMahon's time ("One, he doesn't have it"). That feeds into the second rule, which is actually kinda self-critical - "Two, I’m sure he doesn’t want to spend that much time with me". Then, there's the third rule, and it's arguably the most important.
Eva aims to "keep things simple and short" whenever she has the chance to approach Vince at the Gorilla position or in his office before Raw. She says these three rules have always helped her maintain a professional, "good" relationship with WWE's overseer.
Satin was also interested to know if Marie had different strategies for Stephanie McMahon or Triple H. Apparently not. She said it's "kind of the same" with both, and she likes that consistency.
Eva isn't shy about saying her piece, but she also knows WWE's top names don't have bags of time to work with at TV.
