Former Ring Of Honor Owner To Confront Ric Flair?
The beef dates way back to 2010.
After being dumped on-screen by his daughter Charlotte this past Monday on RAW, things may just be about to get worse for 'The Nature Boy' Ric Flair. Former Ring of Honor owner Cary Silkin went on something of a Twitter rampage recently, claiming that he is going to show up at an upcoming Flair autograph signing in Pennsylvania to confront the Alimony Pony.
Why, I hear you scream? Well, Silkin claims that Flair owes him $41,000, dating all the way back to 2010. It was at this time that Flair was in between stints with the WWE, and spent a short amount of time serving as an ROH Ambassador and on-screen authority figure.
Flair didn't exactly meet his requirements and was subsequently sued by Silkin, with the lawsuit being dropped in May 2011 after the company was bought by Sinclair Broadcasting.
As well as tweeting that he was to confront Flair, Silkin backed this up by re-tweeting all the news outlets featuring the story as well as prefacing a couple of other tweets with a curse word that shares the same first letter as Flair.
