UFC Hall of Famer and former WWF star Ken Shamrock is keen for a return to wrestling and WWE, as revealed in an interview with YouTube channel Adam's Apple this week.

The World's Most Dangerous Man, who spent two years in WWE from 1997, refereed the infamous Submission Match between Stone Cold Steve Austin and Bret Hart at WrestleMania 13, and went on to become Intercontinental Champion, WWE Tag Team Champion alongside the Big Boss Man, and 1998 King of the Ring after defeating The Rock.

The first UFC fighter to make the jump to the WWF, he paved the way for the likes of Dan Severn and, more recently, Ronda Rousey to transfer their skills from the Octagon to the squared circle.

Nevertheless, Shamrock apparently wants another WWE run to achieve the one thing he missed out on, stating:-

"I have achieved everything that I have set out to do in every organisation except the WWE. I didn't get the world title. There is some unfinished business there... I'd like to go back and get a run at the title. But we'll see what happens."
