Here's What Lita REALLY Thinks About The AEW Women's Division
Lita opens up to give her true thoughts on the state of women's wrestling in AEW.
Lita is currently preparing for her first WWE match in almost four years, but that doesn't mean the legend isn't keeping tabs on what's happening elsewhere in the pro wrestling world.
This weekend's comeback queen and Royal Rumble entrant openly discussed the current landscape of women's wrestling in AEW during a chat with Booker T's 'Hall Of Fame' podcast, and she didn't hold back - Lita said she's mainly glad to see All Elite put some pieces around reigning champion Britt Baker.
She told Book that Tony Khan is "finally starting to add and strengthen that roster". That's something Lita is pleased about, because she'd noticed that the women's division was becoming a one-gal show that centred around Baker.
Lita doesn't think it would've been a good idea to toss others like Nyla Rose or Ruby Soho "to the wayside" and solely focus on Britt. Of course, AEW recently crowned Jade Cargill the first ever TBS Champion. That's something else Lita enjoyed.
The WWE Hall Of Famer is refusing to rule out a stint in AEW herself one day. It's clear she admires Britt, so maybe that's something Tony Khan can explore post-WrestleMania season.
