Huge Star Plotting WWE "Exit Strategy"
This WWE star wants to "mentor" other wrestlers after one "big final match".
John Cena says he doesn't know how many more WWE moments he has left in him, and that he's "still figuring out when to close that chapter".
During an interview with PEOPLE, Cena revealed that he's currently formulating a WWE "exit strategy", because leaving the right way is very important to him. Cena is obviously very busy in Hollywood these days, but "is willing to listen to what WWE has to say" in regards to finishing his career for good.
Once he formally retires, JC wants to "mentor" other pro wrestlers and impart some of his knowledge onto WWE's locker room. He reckons it'd be "a waste" if he wasn't allowed to do that after building his legacy since the early-2000s.
"If I am not integrated with the WWE family moving forward and in perpetuity, then I think it’s a waste for everyone involved.” That's what Cena had to say on this. Most would agree with it, 'cause the guy is certainly qualified to guide others towards wrestling success.
John is teasing "a big final match", but doesn't quite know what that looks like right now.
