Endless speculation of Hulk Hogan's potential future with WWE could finally be coming to an end following allegedly "positive" talks between 'The Hulkster' and the organisation.

TMZ Sports reported that the two parties were back in discussion after Hogan was included on the bizarre laundry list of living and dead performers wanted by the Saudi Arabian Sports Authority and Prince Mohammed bin Salman for last week's Greatest Royal Rumble.

Reports of a fresh union emerged after Hulk featured prominently in various recent projects including Ric Flair's '30 for 30' special and the lauded HBO Andre The Giant documentary. Triple H referred to the company wanting to bring him back "the right way", and despite the Saudi Arabia supercard not offering a perfect platform, the 'right' time may be in the very near future.

In one of the first major public outreaches towards the former WWE Champion since the 2015 racism scandal broke, the 'Boys & Girls Club Hall Of Fame' inducted him last week. The honour resulted in a speech that was said to be closely monitored by company higher ups. Showing contrition for his errors, Hogan's comments relating to improving how children are educated around bigotry received a standing ovation.

WWE haven't commented since, though Hogan's prior commitment to his own reinstatement on Twitter will likely make them aware of the new wave of positivity.
