What you see above appears to be NXT's brand new logo.

Rapper Wale initially tweeted out a video that included the new look. Later, WWE's official NXT account tweeted the logo render itself, and included the hashtag "#WeAreNXT"; Triple H and NXT ring announcer Alicia Taylor had also retweeted Wale's earlier vid, which suggested that the musician wasn't just coming up with ideas for new graphics himself.

This, it seems, is the new logo WWE's third brand will use going forwards.

It's certainly colourful - the edges of each letter have been spiked a little more too. The classic black and yellow/gold look has been abandoned in favour of a much more vibrant, almost-painted on feel. This new logo is sure to split opinion amongst pro wrestling fans, especially because it's so damn different to NXT's old, more-metallic vibes.

It seems NXT's TV output will be drastically different to what fans see on Raw or SmackDown.

What do you think of the new NXT logo? Are you a fan because it's so different, or do you think that WWE should've kept the black and yellow/gold aesthetic but changed the font?
