Jim Cornette has filed for a trademark on his name for use in professional wrestling.
Here is the official description used as defined by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (h/t Wrestling Headlines):-

It's noted within the filing that Cornette, whose real name is James Mark Cornette, first used his name as a performer on 1 January 1978.
Cornette's last televised wrestling gig was with the NWA, for whom he was a colour commentator amidst a racism scandal in 2019.
