Jon Moxley has taken a number of shots at WWE and Vince McMahon in his highly anticipated new book.

With many fans simply champing at the bit to take in the insights and various barmy tales no doubt set to grace the wrestling landscape via MOX, one particular extract from the pages has already began causing a bit of fuss on the ol' Inter-web.

In said section, which you can find here over on r/SqauredCircle, Mox goes into detail about his mind-set and feelings around the time his run with Vince McMahon's company was coming to an end.

On top of claiming he was "F'n dead in the water" as he was routinely trotted out to lacklustre reactions in 2019, post-terrible inoculation skits etc., the former AEW and WWE World Champion frustratingly asked the question, "Why does everything have to be so F'n stupid?"

Perhaps the most damning quote taken from this specific section of the novel comes in the form of Mox admitting that he once thought he'd be a WWE lifer, only to confess "this whole place has gone F'n MAD, and I feel like I'm the only one who can see it... Bunch of MFers just playing violins while the ship sinks and Vince continues to lose his mind."
