Kenny Omega has revealed the rules to his upcoming Exploding Barbed Wire Deathmatch against Jon Moxley at AEW Revolution 2021 via hilarious doodle on his Twitter account.

According to the AEW World Champion and his disturbing drawing, three sides of the ring will be made up of barbed wire, and an explosive on the corresponding side will be set off after a wrestler connects with said barbed wire.

Around the ring will be an aptly named 'Triple Hell' environment, consisting of three zones that are wired to explosives, with additional exploding platforms that have extra barbed wire for good measure.

With 30 minutes on the clock, once that time runs out, every explosive planted in and around the ring will go off with an (hopefully) almighty bang. Seriously, how has this match even been green-lit?

Things could have actually been even more barbaric, as it goes. In response to a fan asking why there wasn't going to be four sides of barbed wire for the aforementioned chaotic collision, like the doodle suggested, Omega revealed, “They’re making me keep a side clear in case of ’emergency’….. [unamused face emoji]”.

Honestly, this spectacle, on top of a "Hall of Fame worthy' surprise and a ton of other mouth-watering matches, could help cement Revolution as one of the greatest things to happen in pro wrestling history. Or Jon Moxley could literally explode in the ring and leave us wondering what the hell all of us are doing with our lives. Either way, we know where we'll be on Sunday night.
