One of WWE's most prolific bumpers he may be, but Kevin Owens has confessed that one spot on this week's episode of Raw "destroyed" him.

Owens wrestled Bobby Lashley on the show. Lashley was on a quest to be added to the upcoming Day 1's pay-per-view's World Title match, so Sonya Deville and Adam Pearce tasked him with defeating existing participants Owens, Seth Rollins, and Big E in the same night. That process began against KO, who was felled in a few short minutes.

But not before trying to nail Lashley with a cannonball from the apron to the floor, which Bobby dodged.

Owens hit the floor. Painfully...

Quote-tweeting the above after the show, KO said that while two things usually come to mind whenever he's asked about the moments that hurt the most in his career, this specific moment was his new answer:-

I often get asked what hurt me the most throughout my career and there’s 2 specific things that always come to mind but as of last night, there’s a new answer to add to that list because for some reason, this absolutely destroyed me.

Owens has never been shy of putting his body on the line in the name of entertainment, having taken an endless amount of bone-rattling bumps throughout his career. This hasn't changed in WWE, despite the company's PG stylings, with KO taking harder hits than the vast majority of the roster.
