Kevin Owens was recently revealed be the one who approached Vince McMahon about the lack of face masks in the company, and the WWE figurehead listened.

According to KO's comments in an interview with ESPN, that's nothing new.

Owens said he has always felt like he could speak his mind in WWE - the company might not like what he has to say, or necessarily agree with it, but the wrestler claimed they're "always extremely receptive" to feedback whenever he gives it.

That'll raise some eyebrows on social media, no doubt.

What's more, KO said that WWE has "never made me feel like my career or my spot, or anything like that, could be in jeopardy" after he's told them his worries. That only makes him more comfortable about opening up and sharing his thoughts with senior management.

Interesting stuff.

Owens' mask request was taken seriously immediately, which he was thankful for, and it emboldened his belief that workers shouldn't feel "afraid" when they want to get something off their chests (even to Vince). "That’s just the way people want to think about certain situations", he added.
