IMPACT's Killer Kross has not been seen in the company since his First Blood match defeat to Eddie Edwards at this July's Slammiversary, with a number of reasons posited as to why.

The most recent, according to WrestleZone, has that Kross refused to blade during the match, as he was concerned about the lack of blood testing performed in advance of the contest. He was also said to be unhappy at the lack of medical officials at the event.

Being unwilling to blade was an obvious sticking point for a First Blood match defeat. Ultimately, Kross elected to use fake blood rather than go the traditional route.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful has since confirmed the story, whilst also noting that many IMPACT wrestlers claim they have not been afforded full royalties for merchandise sales. Although it's not a universal complaint, it's understood to be an issue betwixt Kross and his employers.

Although IMPACT currently enjoys a working relationship with AAA, Sapp also reports that Kross' employers may be restricting him from working in Mexico.

Nobody at the company has been able to confirm Kross' current status.
