After three weeks of vignettes hyping her return and months of speculation as to exactly what the "real" Liv Morgan would entail, the former Riott Squad member made her return in the explosive final Monday Night Raw segment of the decade.

Speaking now rather than forever holding her peace, Morgan crashed the Bobby Lashley/Lana wedding, revealing to the world - we think - that the pair had been in a relationship, or very least in love.

After two failed interjections from prior husbands and wives, this one actually did the job - Liv and Lana engaged in a catfight before Rusev predictably burst forth from the giant wedding cake in the ring to deck Lashley and ruin the entire thing.

Morgan looked pleased with herself after the fact, casting doubt over either a) what her real intentions were or b) if the left hand knows what the right hand is doing on the creative team.

WWE will presumably be pleased with the buzz the angle will likely generate (for better but mostly worse, based on understandable frustration from the LGBTQ+ community), and will likely expect big ratings for both the wedding and next week's follow-up.
