Major Change Made To AEW All Out 2024
This year's All Out undergoes a fairly substantial change.
In what will likely be viewed as a major positive by many, AEW has decided to push this year's All Out PPV back from Labor Day Weekend.
Last year, some fans were left baffled by AEW's decision to run PPVs on back-to-back weekends, with All Out coming just one week after All In. While that was originally the plan for this year, AEW has thankfully opted to listen to those who questioned the logic of this approach.
As first reported by Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp, All Out 2024 will now take place on Saturday 7 September rather than Sunday 1 September. Sure, it's only one week's difference, but that's at least something. Not only was running PPVs on consecutive weekends a financial drain on fans for the 2023 All In and All Out, but it also left AEW in somewhat of a creative bind when it came to having to build to those shows with such a short amount of time between them.
Sapp also adds that the Friday prior to All Out will see both Rampage and Collision air live from Chicago, with AEW having since confirmed this All Out date change. As for All Out, that will emanate from the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
