NXT TakeOver: WarGames 2018 - Every Match Ranked From Worst To Best

Another outstanding show.

NXT served up yet another exceptional PPV with their second TakeOver: WarGames show, which more than lived up to the hype for the most part.

In fairness, the slightly uneven opening half-hour of the show definitely generated some fan anxiety, but once the first two matches were done with, the final three were absolute bangers.

It's a broken record at this point and has been for a while, but yet again it seems unlikely that WWE will be able to get anywhere close to this level of storytelling, emotion, drama and straight-up amazing athleticism with Survivor Series.

Careers were made despite the lack of title changes, everyone got their time to shine (except Kassius Ohno, of course), and fans were treated to one the most consistently great final trio of matches in any WWE-produced show ever.

Not everyone will agree, but it's probably time to give NXT a WWE-sized PPV length at this point. Even with just five matches filling its 2.5-hour run-time, it felt a bit rushed at times. Speaking of which...
